Job summary

Leisure (Operations) in the UK’s leading Social Enterprise is seeking a Homeless Support Worker on a fixed-term contract to 31 March 2027. You will support young people within a Supported Housing Team, managing a caseload and guiding them toward independent living.

This 30-hour role is spread over 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 9pm, with collaboration across external agencies and safeguarding at its core.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role, ideally with young people.
• Experience managing customer caseloads, support plans and safeguarding.
• Experience working with external agencies and multi-disciplinary partners.
• Strong IT and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records and case files.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caseload of customers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Develop and update individual support and safety plans.
• Coordinate with external agencies and multi-disciplinary partners to deliver positive outcomes.
