GreenSquareAccord in Birmingham is recruiting a Homeless / Ex Offender Support Worker to provide tenancy-related support to homeless ex-offenders from our Selly Park accommodation project and in community settings. You will work to resettle clients, uphold confidentiality, and collaborate with partners to reduce re-offending and promote safer communities.
The role requires a rolling rota including weekends/bank holidays, with approximate 6–7 sleep-ins per month paid at £97.24 each, and a DBS
Location – Birmingham, B29 7JS
Salary – £13.74 per hour
Contract type – Permanent
Working hours – Full Time – 35 hours – Sleep in shifts required
Shift Patterns – Early – 07.30 – 14.30, Mid – 08.30 – 17.00, Afternoon/ evening – 15.00 – 23.00 – sleep in – 23.00 – 07.30
