Crest Nicholson plc is seeking a customer-focused team member to guide homebuyers through the journey from purchase to handover at our developments in the UK. You will be the main face-to-face contact, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from initial enquiry to aftercare.

The role emphasizes building relationships, attending development team meetings, and visiting customers during construction and after move-in to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within a service industry.
• Polite, professional and an excellent communicator.
• Open to a challenge, change and continual improvement.
• Knowledge of the homebuilding industry desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• A natural in building and fostering internal and external relationships.
• Attention to detail, a passion for excellence and the ability to work independently and make key decisions.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with customers so they feel comfortable contacting you and providing honest feedback.
• Stay in the know about build progress by attending development team meetings.
• Accompany customers as they get to know their home during construction.
• Showcase thoughtfully-designed homes to customers after they’re built, highlighting benefits like flexible living and energy efficiency.
• Visit customers after move-in to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
