Job summary

Morris Homes Ltd in Northampton is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to deliver first-class customer service and guide homebuyers through the journey from visit to reservation. You will work with the Sales Manager to create a memorable experience for customers.

You will demonstrate show homes, maintain a high-standard sales office, and liaise with estate agents, solicitors and mortgage providers to keep the process moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within house-building or property industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to present professionally and build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable first impression with customers in person, over the phone or by email.
• Develop knowledge of Morris Homes developments and designs.
• Show potential buyers around show homes and explain why a Morris home fits their needs.
• Guide customers through the reservation process and follow up on visits to convert opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date paperwork and liaise with Site Management, estate agents, solicitors and mortgage providers.
• Keep the sales office, show homes and stock properties at a high standard.
