Crest Nicholson's South West Division seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for our Stoke Gifford office on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract basis. You will guide customers through their new homes purchase, assist with initial snagging issues, and liaise with site teams to minimise disruption.

You will handle queries from the public affected by our sites and ensure issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction, supported by our senior team and escalation process.

• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to minimise disruption and ensure timely completions.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Handle queries from the public affected by construction sites and escalate as needed.
