Job summary

Crest Nicholson is seeking a Customer Relations Manager in Brentwood to enhance our service and guide homebuyers through their journey. You’ll be the main face-to-face contact across multiple developments, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction from pre-mov e-in through post-construction.

You’ll attend development meetings, accompany customers during construction, and showcase completed homes while addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within a service industry.
• Polite, professional and an excellent communicator.
• Open to a challenge, change and strives for continual improvement.
• Knowledge of the homebuilding industry desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• A natural in building and fostering internal and external relationships.
• Attention to detail, a passion for excellence and the ability to work independently and make key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers so they feel comfortable contacting you and providing honest feedback.
• Stay in the know about build progress by attending development team meetings.
• Accompany customers as they get to know their home during construction.
• Showcase our homes to customers after they’re built to explain benefits like flexible living and energy efficiency.
• Visit customers after move-in to ensure satisfaction and help resolve concerns.
