Job summary

Specsavers Home Visits in Brentwood is seeking a part-time Call Handler to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and book appointments for home visits. You’ll handle high volumes of calls, perform some admin tasks and play a key role in supporting customers who can’t visit stores.

The role prioritises a friendly, professional voice, strong time management and an organised approach. Optical experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous call centre experience.
• Excellent telephone-based customer service skills.
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, confident and professional when speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls to book appointments.
• Handle some admin duties to support a smooth service for customers.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience and support people in their homes.
