Job summary

Bellway Homes is seeking a Sales Advisor for the West Midlands Division. The role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, guiding customers around show homes, and working to achieve or exceed sales targets while coordinating with solicitors and advisers to ensure timely exchanges and completions.

The position is predominantly site-based with travel to divisional offices, requiring flexibility in hours, including weekends. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the housebuilding industry is advantageous.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience in property sales and marketing processes.
• Strong communication with customers, solicitors and advisers.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets as defined by management.
• Guide customers around show homes and plots to demonstrate features.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with the sales team.
• Assist with contract exchanges and post-completion support.
• Ensure site presentation meets Bellway standards and safety policy.
