Job summary

Crest Nicholson's South West Division is seeking a multi-trades Customer Service Technician to carry out remedial works within dwellings, correcting faults and ensuring completion with minimal disruption. This site-based role involves coordinating with customers and the Customer Services Manager to schedule works and report progress.

You will perform painting, mastic replacement, tiling, carpentry, and paving adjustments, while upholding health and safety standards and ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience as a tradesman in property services and snagging.
• Customer service focused with quality at the centre of work.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Customer Services Manager and manage the appointment process.
• Carry out remedial works (painting, mastic replacement, tiling, carpentry, paving) across dwellings.
• Provide regular progress reports and log recurring issues.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.
