Qualifications

• Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing or elderly care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and occupancy.
• Confident managing a large care service.
• Nurse qualification and NMC registration would be advantageous.

Home Manager - Nursing Home

Location: Blackpool

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Home Size: 30 beds

We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established 30-bed nursing home in Blackpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, commercially aware manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, leading from the front to maintain excellent care standards, strong occupancy and regulatory compliance.

The Role
