Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking an experienced Home Manager for Parkfield House in Uxbridge. The 39-bed home provides residential, dementia, nursing and respite care and aims to sustain a Good CQC rating.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, drive person‑centred care, and work with senior teams to deliver lasting improvements. You will require at least three years of management experience in a similar setting; RN qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ management experience in a care setting.
• Experience managing residential or nursing services.
• Registered Nurse qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the home’s Good CQC standards and strengthen governance and quality assurance.
• Coach the Deputy Manager and heads of department, building confidence and leadership capability.
• Improve recruitment, retention and workforce planning to reduce agency usage.
• Grow occupancy and strengthen the home’s local reputation with families and private residents.
• Build relationships with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and regulators.
• Manage budgets and support planned refurbishment while maintaining continuity of care.
