Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee daily operations of the home, manage staff, provide support and foster their professional growth. You will create a nurturing environment for residents by upholding high standards of care and ensuring each individual receives excellent levels of care.

The successful candidate will have prior home management experience, a track record of achieving Good CQC reports, and hold an NVQ Level 5 or be working towards it.

Qualifications

• Experience in home management with a track record of Good CQC reports.
• NVQ Level 5 or working towards it; management qualification.
• Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong communication, and ability to work well with others.
• Good organisational skills and time management.

• Oversee daily operations of the home and manage staff.
