Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the home, oversee staff, and support their professional growth. You will uphold high standards of care and ensure excellent levels of support for residents, including dementia care with person-centred planning.

The role requires prior home management experience, a track record of Good CQC reports, and an NVQ Level 5 qualification (or working towards it). A positive, communicative leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in home management and delivering high-quality care.
• Track record of achieving good CQC reports and safeguarding residents.
• NVQ Level 5 qualification or study towards it.
• Experience in person-centred care planning and dementia care.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
