Job summary

FIND | Medical is partnering with a well-established care provider in the United Kingdom to appoint a Home Manager for an elderly care service in the York area.

You will lead the service, maintain high standards of care, ensure regulatory compliance and drive the overall performance of the home. The role requires a confident hands-on leader with excellent people management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven Home Manager experience in elderly care.
• Experience managing a service of a similar size.
• Strong CQC knowledge, ideally with a Good rating.
• Hands-on leader with excellent people management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving standards.
