Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a 43-bed residential home in Leicester, specialising in elderly care and dementia support. This full-time, permanent role requires strong leadership to maintain high care standards and drive improvement.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee budgeting and occupancy, and foster a compassionate, patient-centred culture for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a residential elderly care setting.
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and person-centred practices.
• A proven track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and occupancy.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents' lives.
• Experience level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.

The Role
