Home Lift Regional Sales Manager - Construction - South East up to GBP40,000 per annum plus GBP600 per month car allowance and benefits.

About the Role

Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for a national business that supplies domestic lifts into the home. You will cover a patch that includes Kent, Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk, selling home lifts into private residences.

Responsibilities

1. Sell into end users in a consultative manner, collaborating with architects, developers, and main contractors to deliver suitable solutions for customers.
2. Identify and contact new opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
3. Maintain good relationships and build a pipeline of business.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of architects' drawings and a working knowledge of construction and house building. Previous success within a similar field would be advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic salary of GBP40,000, with commission opportunities taking it up to GBP60,000 OTE, plus GBP600 per month car allowance and excellent benefits.
