Job summary

B&Q Hemel Hempstead is hiring a Customer Advisor for a part-time, 18-hour-per-week role on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will guide customers, assist with purchases, and help with stock and displays while training in paint-mixing and timber-cutting as needed.

A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service is essential. You should be friendly, outgoing and enjoy helping others, with flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and purchases, and provide product advice.
• Help manage stock and organise displays to keep the store looking inviting.
• Support paint-mixing and timber cutting training when required; primary focus is great customer service.
