Job summary

B&Q Biggleswade is seeking a Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time contract (24 hours per week). Shifts run 7.00am–10.00pm, Monday to Sunday, offering a UK hourly rate of £13.10.

You’ll be an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement projects and contributing to store presentation. The role focuses on delivering great customer service, stocking, setting up displays, and learning paint-mixing and timber cutting.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to help others.
• Willing to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Comfortable using new technology and learning new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Sales will be important, as will stock management and setting up displays.
• Provide great customer service and be an inspiration to customers.
• Opportunity to train in paint-mixing and timber cutting.
