Job summary

B&Q is seeking a Customer Advisor for the Brierley Hill store. This part-time role involves delivering excellent customer service, helping customers with home improvement projects, and supporting stock management and display setup.

You will be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Shifts run 7.00am–10.00pm across Monday to Sunday; a rota-based schedule including weekends and bank holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful and eager to learn with a passion for home improvement.
• Willing to adapt to a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Comfortable using new technology and assisting customers with products.

Responsibilities
