Job summary

B&Q Devizes is hiring a Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time contract (15 hours per week). Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am to 10.00pm, with a UK notional hourly rate of £13.10 per hour. You will help customers, manage stock, set up displays and maintain a great store appearance.

You may receive training in paint-mixing and timber cutting, but excellent customer service is the primary goal. Apply if you enjoy helping others and working in a team.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing; eager to learn.
• Willing to work on rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Comfortable with using new technology and learning new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and expert advice.
• Assist with stock management and display setup.
• Keep store looking tidy and well merchandised.
• Opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting.
