Job summary

B&Q Huntingdon is recruiting a Customer Advisor for a part-time 12 hours per week, 3 month fixed-term contract at our Huntingdon store. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with an hourly rate of £13.10.

You’ll be welcomed into a team focused on great service, stocking, display setup and helping customers with home-improvement needs. You’ll have the chance to learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, with a buzz for helping others.
• Happy to learn and adapt to new technology and ways of working.
• Able to work in a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales will be important, as will stocking, setting up displays and keeping the store looking great.
• Opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting.
