Job summary

Wild in London seeks a dedicated Fragrance Development Manager to elevate fragrance strategy, professionalise briefing, and deepen partnerships with fragrance houses. You’ll bridge fine fragrance expertise with consumer scents, tackling strategic opportunities across portfolios and driving long-term regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Fragrance Development, Olfactive Management, or Fragrance Evaluation.
• Strong understanding of personal care bases and how materials interact with fragrance performance.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, cost, timelines, compliance, and quality.
• Highly organized, agile, and able to manage high-volume pipelines with attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with evidence, stability data, and benchmark evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Professionalise briefing structure with data-driven templates requiring fragrance houses to provide performance evidence, stability testing and benchmarks.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for global fragrance houses; drive accountability on timelines, quality and costs.
• Establish long-term compliance frameworks to keep fragrances IFRA and regulatory compliant for 5–10 years with supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with perfumers and technical leads to understand scent complexity and optimise formulations to reduce cost per kg.
