Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is recruiting a Technologist - Home Fragrance in London for a hands-on, end-to-end product development role. You will support development from concept through to shipment, collaborating with global factories, retailers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a technical background, excellent organisation and strong attention to detail, with experience coordinating testing and documentation. Offshore manufacturing experience is advantageous for this role in a fast-paced setting.

12-Month FTC | London

We’re hiring a Technologist - Home Fragrance to join a busy Technical Team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands‑on role supporting product development from concept through to shipment, working closely with global factories, retailer partners, and internal product, lab, and regulatory teams.

You’ll be managing technical documentation, coordinating testing and samples, reviewing product risks, uploading technical data, and keeping projects moving against key deadlines.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar technical role, strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and confidence working with offshore manufacturing sites. Experience with home fragrance, global retailers, or retailer platforms would be a bonus.
