Job summary

Montpellier Care Company are seeking care and support workers to assist individuals with complex needs in the Harrogate district. They work mainly with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities and physical needs, offering longer calls (2–5 hrs) to build relationships.

No previous experience is required; however, experience with autism or mental health needs, or a willingness to learn, would be beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Location: Montpellier Care Company- Harrogate, Boroughbridge and Ripon.

Salary: £13.66- £15.86 per hour (Paid Travel Time and Mileage)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours/ Working Pattern: Part Time (16 to 20 hours per week)

They workpredominantly with individuals with complex needs, including mental healthneeds, learning disability, autism and physical needs. They tend to providelonger calls (between 2-5 hrs sessions) which allows workers and service usersto really get to know each other. They also provide respite care in people'shome, 24 hour support, and night calls.
