Job summary

Connected Health in Belfast is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Care Managers and Service Managers, ensuring service quality and compliance with QA policies. You will collaborate with Local Authorities, Service Users, and healthcare professionals to improve delivery and development of homecare services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent administrative experience.
• Experience working within the care industry.
• English and Maths GCSEs grade C or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Teamwork and relationship management.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Experience rostering a team.
• Understanding of legislation related to care provision.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and implementing new packages with capacity knowledge for clients and staff.
• Collaborating with Local Authorities to establish good working relationships.
• Creating and maintaining accurate staff rotas to ensure continuity of care.
• Compiling reports for invoicing, payroll and management.
• Setting up new clients on the IT system and uploading package details by end of day.
• Maintaining all client activity on the IT system.
• Adhering to Care Standards Act 2008 and related regulations.
• Representing the Company professionally in all communications.
