It is essential to work 1 in 4 weekends on the on-call Rota 06:30 - 21:30 Saturday and Sunday. This is included in the salary stated above.

Due to business growth, we are excited to be recruiting a Full Time, Care Coordinator to join our Home Care Service.

We currently deliver around 500 hours each week and are making substantial investments to grow the service.

The Care Co-ordinator is a central role in the service and works closely with the Registered Manager and Field Care Managers to supervise the team of Home Care colleagues, including accurate scheduling to ensure safe delivery of the day-to-day Home Care service. This will also incorporate supporting with supervision, appraisals, and maintaining records for staff and customers.

This role supports all the customers of the Home Care Service to live well, and safely and have fulfilled lives by leading on rostering of Home Care colleagues to ensure that all clients receive their care, considering their needs and preferences, and ensuring the Home Care Service is efficient as possible.

This role will also play a big part in supporting the recruitment of new home care colleagues, informing locations where new colleagues are needed, the hours that need to be worked, and start dates and inductions.

You will be required to participate in an on-call rota to provide front-line Home Care colleagues with advice and guidance.

This is fast-paced and requires accuracy and attention to detail; it also allows you to build relationships with a wide range of new colleagues.
