Job summary

Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham is seeking a Customer Care Manager to lead the care team across the Richmond & Twickenham area. You will conduct pre-assessments, tailor care plans and risk assessments, and travel within the territory for spot checks and assessments.

You’ll join a supportive team, focusing on delivering high-quality home care, with opportunities for training, CPD, and professional growth. A social care qualification and experience in domiciliary management are required.

Qualifications

• Social care qualification at Level 3 or willingness to complete.
• Experience in domiciliary and social care management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel within the territory for assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager and deputy with running the care support team.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care that respects customers' choices and dignity.
• Develop care packages and risk assessments tailored to each customer.
• Network with healthcare professionals to create packages of care.
• Oversee care planning, reviews, and ongoing assessments.
• Guide and support Care Experts.
