Job summary

Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey is seeking a Care Team Supervisor to lead and support the growing care team across Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey. You will help recruit, place staff with customers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality home care.

The role emphasises teamwork, dedication, and delivering excellent care. Training and development opportunities are provided within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail is essential.

• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentoring and supporting the care team.
• Playing a key role in recruitment and retention.
• Matching staff to customers with the Care Co-ordinator.
• Ensuring high-quality standards are upheld in the field.
• Monitoring performance and carrying out reviews and supervisions.
• Leading and participating in training, meetings, and appraisals.
• Providing some emergency line duties.
