Job summary

Bluebird Care Redbridge is seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our team across Redbridge, Epping and Harlow. The role focuses on leading care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and compliance with CQC standards.

You will oversee care delivery, support assessments, reviews and audits, and work closely with the office and customers to maintain service excellence. Competitive salary and flexible working arrangements offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in health and social care.
• Previous experience as a Care Supervisor, Field Care Supervisor, Senior Care Assistant or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and support care assistants to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Carry out care assessments, customer reviews and spot checks.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of care quality and compliance.
• Support induction, training and ongoing development of care staff.
• Assist with care planning and risk assessments.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the Registered Manager and wider office team for smooth daily operations.
• Promote our values and maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
