Bluebird Care Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a Customer Care Manager to lead the care support team, ensure high-quality services, and drive growth in private home care within the London boroughs. The role emphasizes collaboration with care professionals, families and customers to tailor care packages.

You’ll supervise care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews, while delivering excellent customer experiences and staff development. DBS checks apply.

Formación

• A social care qualification at Level 3 or willingness to work toward it.
• Experience in domiciliary and social care management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage on-call (additional pay).

Responsabilidades

• Support the Registered Manager with the efficient running of the care support team.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care that responds to customers’ needs and preferences.
• Respect customers’ choices and promote dignity and privacy at all times.
• Support business growth by networking with health care professionals to create care packages for vulnerable adults at home.
• Care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews of current care packages.
• Guide and support Care Experts; collaborate with customers, families and other health professionals.
