Hales Homecare is recruiting a Home Care Assistant to help people live safely and independently at home in Washington. No experience is required, as full paid training and induction are provided by our Internal Training Team.
You’ll assist with personal care, meals, light household tasks, and provide companionship across many local areas. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Guaranteed hours available (up to 30 hours) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour Shift Pattern: Two-week 4/3 rota - Week one: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun, Week two: Weds, Thurs, Fri Working Hours: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm Areas Covered: Washington, SR1, SR2, NE9 7, NE36 0, NE37 1, NE37 2, NE37 3, NE38 7, NE38 8, NE38 9, NE38 0, DH4 7, and DH3 1 No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
