Job summary

Hales Homecare in Lowestoft is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to help people live independently at home. No experience is required, as full paid training is provided by our dedicated Internal Training Team.

Based in Lowestoft, covering NR32 and NR33, you will enjoy guaranteed hours, a generous mileage allowance, and ongoing coaching to help you progress into senior roles. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping others and delivering high-quality care.
• Reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting).

• Based in Lowestoft
• Areas Covered: Lowestoft, NR32 and NR33
• No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in Lowestoftto live independently in the comfort of their own homes . Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.

Responsibilities include:
