Job summary

Treherne Care Group is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team supporting an individual in her own home. The role focuses on person-centred care, promoting independence and a meaningful life, with a 4-week rota that ensures consistent support.

You will work as part of a small team, provide compassionate, reliable care, and help the person maintain routines, participate in activities, and make daily life safer and more enjoyable. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in person-centred care and promoting independence.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with excellent communication.
• Ability to work as part of a small team with high care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, safety and wellbeing.
• Support daily routines and activities.
• Encourage participation in social activities and community engagement.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with the individual.
• Deliver consistent, compassionate support across each shift.
• Maintain records and follow organisational policies.
• Work in line with Welsh care regulations.
