Dimensions Bromsgrove is seeking a caring Female Support Worker to join a small team supporting four women aged 20s to 50s in a lively, sociable home. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, and meaningful outings, helping residents lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and involves day and evening shifts, plus a £50 sleep-in top-up. Training is provided, with opportunities for development and generous leave allowances.
