Job summary

Carers With Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care in clients’ own homes across the UK. You will promote independence, wellbeing and dignity while supporting daily activities and appointments.

The role requires compassion, reliability and excellent communication. Full-time and part-time contracts are available, with training and mileage paid where applicable, and a supportive team environment.

Job description

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with a variety of needs within their own homes. Every day is different, but your role will focus on promoting independence, wellbeing, and ensuring our service users feel valued, respected, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
