Job summary

Treherne Care Group is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support in the individual’s own home in Wales. You will work closely with the individual to promote independence, dignity and quality of life, while upholding privacy and safety.

This role requires reliability, patience and strong communication to collaborate with the care team and family members. The position involves longer block shifts and sleeping shifts, with a focus on building trusting
