Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician with a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience. You will diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs, and assist members across the UK, starting and finishing each day from home in your local area.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair across the UK.
• Perform vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support.
• Start and end each day from home and complete calls across your local area.
