Job summary

RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician in the UK. You will perform mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across local areas, starting and finishing at your home.

A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience, or 5+ years as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, and a full UK driving licence are required. You’ll work 40 hours per week with demand-led shifts and optional overtime, supported by a RAC van, fuel card, and full

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK
