Job summary

IWFM is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of 25–30 healthcare properties across the Midlands, East Anglia and Home Counties. The role is client-side with a high degree of autonomy, managing external contractors and ensuring compliance and cost control.

Based in the UK with quarterly site visits, the role offers hybrid/home-based working, a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management across multiple sites.
• Ability to manage external FM contractors and ensure service delivery.
• Strong budget control and cost monitoring within a regional portfolio.
• Solid stakeholder management with occupiers and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hard and soft FM contractors, PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Carry out periodic site inspections and coordinate remedial actions.
• Monitor and report FM expenditure and service levels.
• Support lifecycle works and minor projects across the portfolio.
