This is a client-side Facilities Management role offering a high level of autonomy. You will manage your own regional portfolio, oversee external FM contractors, monitor compliance and build strong relationships with occupiers and internal property teams.
The portfolio includes locations such as West Bromwich, Coventry, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Newark, Boston, Milton Keynes, Luton, Cambridgeshire, Norwich, Stowmarket and Felixstowe. Sites are generally visited quarterly, with visits planned and grouped efficiently.

You will work closely with Property Managers, Health & Safety specialists, consultants and external service providers to ensure properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
We are looking for someone with previous Facilities Management experience who is comfortable managing multiple properties across a regional portfolio.
You should have experience of contractor management, statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, site inspections and budget control. Strong stakeholder management skills and a practical understanding of building maintenance are important.
Experience within commercial property, healthcare, managing agents, retail, education, corporate estates or another multi-site environment would be relevant.
IWFM, IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
A full UK driving licence is required.
This would suit an experienced Facilities Manager, Regional Facilities Manager, Multi-Site Facilities Manager, Estates Manager or Senior Facilities Manager looking to move into a client-side property environment.
