Job summary

IWFM is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to cover a portfolio of up to 20 properties across the North East, with a focus on hard and soft services and full total facilities management. The role is primarily on the road, based in Newcastle with regular travel across the region, involving on-site and remote coordination.

You will start with structured onboarding, shadowing and a buddy, with gradual portfolio handover and a clear route to progression into a senior roving role with potential

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate is essential.
• IWFM and/or IOSH membership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage hard and soft services across up to 20 properties and oversee planned maintenance.
• Visit each site at least monthly for inspections, readings and condition reports.
• Hold regular contract meetings with suppliers and assess performance against KPIs.
• Procure goods and services, validate invoices and help manage service charge budgets.
• Ensure health and safety arrangements are in place for all works.
• Liaise with occupiers, on-site staff and suppliers and resolve issues promptly.
