Property Partners Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to cover North Hampshire, including Basingstoke, Andover, Alton and surrounding areas. This home-based role offers a competitive salary, a reasonable workload and the flexibility to organise your own diary.

The role focuses on RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys across diverse properties. You will benefit from established reporting systems and diary management tools, enabling efficient survey

Qualificações

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor.
• Experience undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys across North Hampshire.
• Inspect a variety of residential properties, identifying defects and advising clients on their condition.
• Prepare clear, accurate and comprehensive survey reports using GoReport.
• Manage survey appointments and diary arrangements through Survey Booker.
• Provide professional advice to clients regarding property defects, maintenance and remedial works.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and report turnaround times.
• Manage your own workload effectively while working remotely.
