Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor.
• Experience undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Undertake RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys across North Hampshire.
• Inspect a variety of residential properties, identifying defects and advising clients on their condition.
• Prepare clear, accurate and comprehensive survey reports using GoReport.
• Manage survey appointments and diary arrangements through Survey Booker.
• Provide professional advice to clients regarding property defects, maintenance and remedial works.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and report turnaround times.
• Manage your own workload effectively while working remotely.

• Residential Surveyor – North Hampshire
• Salary up to £60,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus | Home Based

An established and well-regarded surveying practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Surveyor to cover North Hampshire, including Basingstoke, Andover, Alton and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Residential Surveyor looking for a home-based position, offering a competitive salary, manageable workload and the flexibility to organise their own diary.

The role will primarily involve undertaking RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys across a variety of residential properties. You’ll benefit from established systems and administrative support, using GoReport for survey reporting and Survey Booker for appointment management.

Role & Responsibilities of the Residential Surveyor:

• Undertake RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys across North Hampshire.
• Inspect a variety of residential properties, identifying defects and advising clients on their condition.
• Prepare clear, accurate and comprehensive survey reports using GoReport.
• Manage survey appointments and diary arrangements through Survey Booker.

Skills & Experience:

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor.
• Experience undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction, building pathology and property defects.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary.
• Experience using GoReport and Survey Booker would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
