Latymer Search Limited client, an independent surveying practice across the UK, is recruiting Residential Surveyors for remote work. You’ll conduct Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, with some Level 1 and private valuation work depending on experience, and produce clear, thorough reports.

The role offers remote working with local inspections, ongoing training, quality reporting, and a manageable workload. Basic salary £45,000–£60,000 per year, plus a monthly bonus, with potential total earnings

AssocRICS / MRICS Residential Surveyor - Remote working

Our client is an independent surveying practice seeking Residential Surveyors across the UK. The work is primarily Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, with some Level 1 surveys and private valuation instructions depending on your experience.

You’ll work remotely, carrying out local inspections and producing clear, thorough reports. The practice offers day-to-day support and ongoing training, with an emphasis on quality reporting and a manageable workload.

The anticipated basic salary is in the region of £45,000 - £60,000 approx, depending on experience and location, plus a monthly bonus. Potential total earnings are approximately £55,000 - £80,000.

All figures and details are a guide and subject to confirmation.

Areas of committed focus:

• RICS Valuation Surveyors (UK wide) — short and longer form reporting, private and secured lending, all sectors.
• RICS Residential Building Surveyors (UK wide) — Level 2 and Level 3 reporting.
