Job summary

Realise UK is recruiting an Early Years Trainer to support learners across the South Yorkshire region. You will guide learners through Level 2/3/5 apprenticeships or ASF courses, acting as the first point of contact and enabling journey success.

Role is home-based with travel within ~45 miles; roughly 70% of time on the road, with a flexible diary. DBS check and Right to Work in the UK required. DBS and safeguarding commitments apply.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years is essential.
• Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting is essential.
• An assessing qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
• A teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
• Experience building and managing your own caseload is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency with Microsoft Office.

• Supporting a caseload of learners across the region, face to face and remotely.
• Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications.
• Creating appropriate solutions for learners to ensure a great experience and career development.
• Utilising the e-portfolio system to manage the learner journey.
