Job summary

With Succeed Recruitment Solutions Limited, a market leading global TMC, we are recruiting for Home-based Business Travel Consultants. You will manage travel for a specialist client base, booking complex itineraries and delivering outstanding customer service.

Training is remote with opportunities for career development within the organisation. The role requires business travel reservations experience and solid GDS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a business travel reservations role - essential.
• Proficiency on a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre) - essential.
• Good worldwide geographical knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base.
• Arrange and book complex flight itineraries.
• Respond to calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner.
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
• Offer advice on the best routes and fares for clients.

Our client is a market leading, global TMC, with values based on compassion and service and as their impressive growth continues, they're now looking to add even more Business Travel Consultants to their home-based team.

If you have business travel reservations experience (and solid GDS/fares knowledge), along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
