The role focuses on handling client travel requirements, booking complex itineraries, and delivering exceptional service via phone and email.

Candidates should have business travel reservations experience and solid GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre).

Qualifications

• Experience in business travel reservations.
• GDS knowledge: Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
• Good worldwide geographical knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base.
• Arrange and book complex flight itineraries.
• Respond to calls and emails in a polite, efficient manner.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
• Offer advice on routes and fares for clients.
