Job summary

Succeed Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Business Travel Consultant to join a home-based UK team. You will handle travel reservations for a specialist client base, booking complex itineraries and delivering excellent customer service by phone and email.

The role requires prior business travel reservations experience and strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre). Training is remote, with opportunities for career development and a competitive package including a bonus scheme.

• Previous experience in business travel reservations - essential.
• Proficiency on a GDS - Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre - essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base.
• Arranging and booking complex flight itineraries.
• Respond to calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner.
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
• Offer advice on the best routes and fares for clients.
