Succeed Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting a Business Travel Consultant for a home-based role in the UK. The successful candidate will manage travel reservations, book complex itineraries, and provide high-level customer service to a specialist client base.

Remote training is provided, with clear opportunities for career development. The role requires GDS proficiency (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre) and strong organisational skills to handle diverse travel requests.

Formación

• Previous experience in a business travel reservations role - essential.
• Proficiency on a GDS - Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre - essential.
• Good worldwide geographical knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base.
• Arranging and booking complex flight itineraries.
• Respond to calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner.
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
• Offer advice on the best routes and fares for clients.

Our client is a market leading, global TMC, with values based on compassion and service and as their impressive growth continues, they're now looking to add even more Business Travel Consultants to their home-based team.

If you have business travel reservations experience (and solid GDS/fares knowledge), along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
