C&M Travel Recruitment Ltd is seeking a German-speaking Business Travel Consultant to support corporate clients with worldwide travel arrangements. The role offers hybrid work in the London area or home-based and runs a Mon-Fri daytime shift, with a salary up to £40k depending on experience.

You will act as a travel advisor for high-profile accounts, coordinating air, rail, and accommodation across global destinations using a GDS, while ensuring policy compliance and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience as a business travel consultant.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Knowledge of Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus GDS.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Travel Advisor and Consultant to Corporate travellers, managing high-profile accounts in German and English.
• Arrange routine and complex domestic and international travel for air, rail, road and accommodation using a GDS.
• Provide consultative advice on fares, routing, and ensure adherence to travel policy.
• Maintain accurate customer travel profiles and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Manage booking process via telephone, email or back-office systems.

German Speaking Business Travel Consultant

Required for this global TMC working on high-profile accounts. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their team and recruiting for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to support their German clients booking worldwide travel. This role can either be hybrid in the London area or homebased and will be working Mon-Fri on a small daytime shift pattern. This role offers a salary up to 40k dependent on experience

German Speaking Business Travel Consultants duties

• Act as Travel Advisor and Consultant to Corporate Business travellers, looking after high profile accounts and communicating in both German and English
• Arranging both routine and complex domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail and accommodation, utilizing a gds
• Provide consultative advice, solutions and recommendations. This includes conducting analysis and research on the best available fare/routing, and ensuring preferred air carrier and partners are recommended, whilst ensuring adherence to the customers agreed travel policy and requirements
• Ensure customer travel profiles are detailed and accurate, following internal compliance and regulatory requirements for all customers and locations supported
• Manage the booking process through the ticketing and order fulfilment, either over the telephone or via email or back office systems and servicing platforms.

German Speaking Business travel consultants skills required

• Business travel consultant experience is a must
• Fluent in both German and English
• Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus GDS knowledge is a must
• Strong airfares knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer service orientated
